About Blobspot

Hello!

You probably came to this page to know more about Blobspot. Well, you’ve come to the right place!

The Beginning

The idea of Blobspot was created by Patrick of www.patrickssite.net. Blobspot was originally supposed to be like the well-known website, DragonCave, but due to some technical difficulties, was changed into a more simple game. Bbfreeze is the graphic artist of the blobs and at first was the programmer.

About The Game

In Blobspot, you can adopt a cute little blob and give it a name, dress it up, feed it, and much more! All you need to do is get an account on the “Register An Account” page and fill out an adoption form on the “Get A Blobs” page.

Safety

Blobspot is 100% safe, the only communication that will be used is through comments (which are held for approval by the moderators) and throught the Blobs Quick Chat which is only a chat between one user and one moderator. Blobspot is not profesionally programed, so no physical playing is needed.

[...] Now I want to let you all know that me and Patrick made something called “Blobspot.” It’s very similar to something called “DragCave” where you click dragon eggs until they hatch and start to grow. But ours isn’t dragons, it’s BLOBS! But, how do these squishy creatures start out? Well, we thought it would be cool if they started out as puddles. Yes, puddles! You can adopt these “Puddles” after beta testing at http://www.blobspot.wordpress.com and put the code on your blog and let it start growing. For more information, click here. [...]
